Russia’s secret export volume increased by 61% in the first six months of the current year, up to $ 27 billion. This is reported by the newspaper “Vedomosti”.
It is noted that the export of the products of the defense industry, air and shipbuilding increased by 31%, to $ 4.7 billion, the Russian publication transmits. The largest importer of Russian defense products was the Czech Republic, which in May 2021 was included in the list of unfriendly countries of Russia. Exports to this country in the first half of this year exceeded the figure over the past three years ($ 683 million).
The list of secret exports of Russia also turned out to be aircraft, weapons and ammunition (profit from them – $ 4.6 billion); Wheat, barley, corn ($ 0.8 billion); isotopes ($ 0.7); Sunflower oil ($ 0.6 billion).
According to the newspaper, $ 60 million in statistics falls on tanks and a BTR, $ 78 million on military ships. The remaining $ 0.2 billion belongs to the category “Other”.
In addition to the Czech Republic, Algeria became the largest importers of Russian defense products (profit from the export – $ 603 million), China ($ 488 million), the UAE ($ 401 million), India ($ 205 million).
