Special Committee of the Sejm (Parliament) of Latvia rejected the resolution on the recognition of the “Armenian Genocide” in the Ottoman Empire. It is reported by the Regional Correspondent HaqQin.az.
According to the report, when voting from nine members of the Special Committee, one spoke out against the resolution, four deputies abstained. As a result, the document was not accepted.
