“In the center of the negotiations held today there were questions regarding the alleged document to resolve Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.” This was stated by the Foreign Ministry of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan at a joint press conference in Yerevan with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov, presenting the results of negotiations.
“I confirmed the readiness of the Armenian government to make efforts to establish peace and stability in the region,” Mirzoyan quoted “Armenia Today”.
The head of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia also noted that the negotiations discussed issues of unlocking transport and economic ties in the region, delimitation and demarcation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
“We emphasized that unlocking regional communications will create new opportunities, including in terms of diversification of logistics ties between Armenia and Russia,” said Ararat Mirzoyan.
