Lavrov believes that the collective West, led by the United States, “eager for world domination,” unleashed a “total hybrid war” against Russia. “The enemies do not particularly hide their goals: to destroy the Russian economy, to shake domestic political stability, to defeat us on the battlefield, and ultimately to significantly weaken or even destroy the centuries -old domestic statehood,” Lavrov said.
