Lavrov: Negotiations with Ukraine are walking hard … Moscow has clear red lines

Negotiations of Russian and Ukrainian delegations are hard, Kyiv is constantly changing its position, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday.

“Negotiations began, they are hard, because the Ukrainian side, although it seems and expressed the understanding of those things that must be agreed upon during the negotiations, constantly changes their position, refuses their own proposals,” the TASS reports the words of the Russian minister .

According to Lavrov, the West expects to hold Russia in a state of hostilities as long as possible, while continuing to pump up Ukraine weapons.

According to him, Russia is not against the mediation of the West in negotiations with Ukraine, but Moscow has clear red lines.

Lavrov also stated that Russia has documents confirming the concerns of Moscow about the preparing attempt in Kyiv to win the strength of Donbass.
