Organization for safety and cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is moving quickly along the path of degradation.
This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a press conference following a joint meeting of the board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and Belarus.
“OSCE quickly and clearly degrades, moving further and further from those high principles that were laid down in the Helsinki final act, in the documents of subsequent OSCE summits,” he said.
