In Khachmaz, during the next test, gross violations of the anti-epidemic quarantine regime were revealed at the Atlant Recreation and Entertainment Center (Village).
As reported in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of the police officers, the leaders of the center of Tair Gadashev, his relative, Azer Gadashev, as well as official staff who created the conditions for the disturbance of quarantine rules were detained.
A criminal case was initiated under Article 139-1.1 (violation of anti-epidemic, sanitary and hygienic or quarantine regimes) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. One of the leaders of the center of recreation and entertainment, Azer Gadashev, arrested.
With regard to it, a preventive measure was elected in the Narimanovsky District Court in the form of arrest. With respect to other detainees, measures were taken on the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offers, each of them is fined.
