Former chairman of the SAHIL-S İnşaat, Talya Alaverdiev and Director of GG Company LLC Panama Kerimov, accused of fraud, will appear before the coming days.
According to haqqin.az, a preliminary investigation in the criminal case has been completed. The investigation materials are sent to the Baku court for serious crimes. The case will be considered by Judge Ali Mamedov.
According to information, in connection with the illegal actions of the officials of the housing and construction cooperative Sahil-S İnşaat on the basis of numerous appeals received on the hotline of the main administration of corruption under the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, an investigation of a criminal case is conducted under the relevant articles Criminal Code Ar.
As a result of investigative-operational measures, it was established that the chairman of this cooperative Talya Alaverdiev and the director of GG Company LLC Panama Kerimov, having entered into a conspiracy, according to sub-have been purchased, were resolded by purchased apartments in the A-V residential building in the village Guneshli Surakhan district Baku and took possession of a large amount of money.
Based on the evidence collected in the case, Talei Alaverdiev and Panah Kerimov were charged under the articles of the Criminal Code 178.3.2 (fraud committed with causing major damage), 308.2 (abuse of official powers that entailed serious consequences) and 313 (official fraud) .
84 victims are held in the criminal case.
