Leaders of Uzbekistan and Belarus noted dynamic development of multifaceted ties

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on October 13, on the fields of the CIS summit in the city of Bishkek, met with a colleague from Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, the press service of the Uzbek leader reports.

Actual issues of the bilateral agenda were discussed.

Leaders with satisfaction noted the dynamic development of Uzbek-Belarusian multifaceted relations.

The heads of state emphasized the importance of taking coordinated measures to further expand trade, economic and humanitarian cooperation, including organizing the next meeting of the intergovernmental commission, the regional forum and a meeting of rector of leading universities in Uzbekistan and Belarus. An exchange of views on interaction within the CIS and other international structures took place.

The message notes the growth of indicators of mutual turnover, as well as the continuation of the implementation of cooperation projects in various sectors of the economy.
