In Azerbaijan, with the support of Lenovo, a large industry event Lenovo Day Baku was held, uniting international technological vendors, as well as suppliers and systemic integrators for data processing centers, Edge-Computing, cloud computations and corporate solutions of the East European and Central Asian.
The event was attended by strategic Lenovo partners, such as Intel, Nutanix and Veeam, as well as more than 200 delegates from the corporate sector from Azerbaijan, which allowed this meeting to become a platform for the dialogue of all participants in the IT community.
Participants discussed the trends and existing problems of the transformation of the digital business in the region, analyzed technological solutions and new business models, successfully used to support digital ecosystems of enterprises in Azerbaijan. The participants also got acquainted with the portfolio of the best infrastructures and services of Lenovo, which contribute to increasing the stability of the business.
Rasim Bakhshi, head of the Department for Work with Corporate Customers Lenovo Infrastrunture Solutions Group in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, in a welcoming word to all participants in the event, noted that he was more proud, holding a similar event in Baku for the first time. During his speech, he shared the news that the regional hub of the company will be created in Azerbaijan.
