Lithuanian Foreign Minister goes to Baku

On April 25, Tours of Landsbergis Gabrielus Landsbergis Minister of Foreign Affairs begins on the countries of the South Caucasus, according to the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

As noted, during a visit to Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan, the Minister will meet with senior officials and representatives of civil society in order to discuss the further development of Lithuanian relations with the states of the South Caucasus, their prospects for cooperation with the European Union, and express support for reform processes in countries of the region.

A visit to the Lithuanian Foreign Minister of the countries of the South Caucasus reflects the priorities of Lithuania’s foreign policy, which primarily focuses on the Eastern Neighborhood. All three states of the South Caucasus are involved in the EU EU EU EU Initiative, aimed at strengthening EU relations with Eastern neighbors.
