President of Lithuania Gitanas Nauceda on his Twitter called Russia a terrorist state and emphasized that it should be responsible for attacks on civilian facilities in Ukraine and murder of civilians, including yesterday’s missile blow to the Dnieper.
“Russia is a terrorist country. Wherever they go, they carry destruction, death and huge suffering,” the publication says.
As Nauceda noted, “atrocities, mass killings, attacks on residential buildings – how this happened this Saturday in the Dnieper – will never be forgiven and forgot”.

“The time of responsibility will come,” he wrote.
Nauceda also reminded of the support of Ukraine Lithuania.
