Loud action of drivers in Baku turned into a criminal persecution of company leaders

In the Baku Court of Crime, a preparatory court session was held in the criminal case in relation to the head of the logistics company R Group Azerbaijan Remish Jafarov and his father Zakram Jafarov.

During the court hearing, chaired by Judge Azer Pashayev, it became known that during the arrest of Remish Jafarov, on the basis of the complaints received, the attitude of his father Zakram Jafarov was instituted.

The man is accused of fraud committed against several persons. The court session was postponed to August 26.

Recall that on February 17, the drivers of R Group Azerbaijan, in protest, blocked traffic on Heydar Aliyev Avenue, as a result of which many hours of cork was formed. During the incident, Remish Dzhafarov, Miral Mammadov, Bakhtiyar Mammadov and Elvin Melikov were detained.

by a court decision in relation to Remish Jafarov, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of an arrest for a period of two months. The rest of the persons were arrested for 30 days.

Later it turned out that Remish Jafarov assigned a load in the amount of 37 thousand dollars belonging to a citizen of Belarus Yuri Gnoyanika. Anar Iskanderov, Elman Akperov, Iftihara Mehtiev and Alikram Mammadov in the amount of 68 thousand dollars were also damaged.
