A preliminary investigation was completed in the criminal case of the head of the department of architecture and construction of the head of the IV of the Saborybad district Mushvig Gasimov and the chief adviser to the State Construction Inspectorate for the objects of the State Agency for Safety in the construction of the Ministry of Emergencies Eldar Guliyev, reports haqqin.az.
Materials in the criminal case were sent to the Lenkoransky court for serious crimes for consideration. The criminal case is conducted by Judge Hammad Nuriev. The preparatory court session is scheduled for October 27.
Recall that the Main Directorate for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General initiated a criminal case against the head of the department of architecture and construction of the apparatus of the head of the executive branch of the Saborybad district Mushvig Gasimov.
During the investigation, reasonable suspicions were revealed that Mushvig Gasimov in conspiracy with the chief adviser to the State Construction Inspectorate for the objects of state significance for security supervision in the construction of the Ministry of Emergencies Eldar Guliyev and other persons demanded a large -scale bribe from citizens. Obtaining a permit for construction work in non -residential facilities located in the territory of the Saborybad district.
Based on the collected evidence, Mushvig Gasimov and Eldar Guliyev were charged under Articles 311.3.1 and 311.3.3 (receiving a bribe by a group of persons on a preliminary conspiracy on a large amount) of the Criminal Code of the AR and by decision of the court, a preventive measure in the form was chosen in relation to them in relation to the court detention.
The executive branch of the Saborybad district was recognized as the victims.
