Belarus and Russia are making a very large bet on the industrial sphere, said President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko at a meeting with the head of Tatarstan (RF) Rustam Minnikhanov, BelTA reports.
“We are making a very large bet in cooperation with Russia on the industrial sphere. That is why the President of Russia and I once again paid special attention to this direction during bilateral negotiations and a meeting of the Higher State Council of the Union State last week,” Lukashenko said .
According to him, the potential of cooperation between Belarus with Tatarstan is colossal.
“I have long been watching the development of your region with interest. Successes are impressive and inspire us to even more active work with Kazan, Lukashenko emphasized.“ In addition, we have developed very business, productive relations, and the potential of our ties is colossal ” .
He also stated that Belarus is ready to establish the release of components for Russian aircraft.
