Macron: West will not deliver offensive weapons to Ukraine

Western countries “almost officially” agreed not to supply Ukraine for offensive weapons – tanks and assault aircraft. This was stated by French President Emmanuel Macron during a visit to Kyiv, TASS reports.

“You are talking about an unofficial agreement, but this is an almost official position of NATO partners that we help Ukraine to defend, but do not enter the war with Russia. Therefore, a certain weapon, such as assault aircraft or tanks, was reached an agreement not supply, ”said Macron.

According to him, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky knows about this agreement.
