Minister of Defense Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan Madat Guliyev and the delegation headed by him are on an official visit to Doha to participate in the 7th International Exhibition and Conference on Marine Defense “Dimdex-2022”.
In the exhibition, which is organized since 2008, countries such as USA, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Turkey, South Korea, etc.
Leading companies of countries demonstrate new technologies in marine defense, equipment of military shipbuilding, auxiliary and auxiliary technologies of a maritime defense system.
The exhibition held meetings of the Minister of Defense Industry Madata Guliyev with the Prime Minister and the Interior Minister of Qatar Khalid Bin Khalifa Bin Abdul Aziz Al Tanya, and then with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defense Affairs Khalid Bein Mohammed Al Atti. At the meetings, the need for cooperation between Azerbaijan and Qatar in the field of defense industry was emphasized, an exchange of views took place on the further expansion of bilateral cooperation in the military-technical sphere between the two countries.
at the exhibition Madat Guliyev also familiarized himself with the National Pavilion of Turkey and met with the Chairman of the Turkish Defense Industry Committee by Ismail Demir. During the meeting, issues of mutual interest in the military-technical sphere were discussed. The minister also visited the stands of the Havelsan, Rocketsan and Turkish Aerospace.
