Magate: Two Centrifuges In Iran Were Attacked

In Iran, two facilities for the production of centrifuges were attacked. This was reported by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on the social network X.

“Magate has information that two objects – Tesa in Karaj and Tehran Research Center – were attacked,” the publication says.

It is specified that both objects were previously inspected by the IAEA as part of a joint comprehensive action plan (SVPD).

The statement also notes that as a result of attacks, the building was damaged at the facility in Tehran, where the advanced components of centrifuges were produced and tested, as well as two buildings at the object in carame, in which various parts of centrifuge were made.

Meanwhile, the General Director of the IAFAEL Mariano Grossy in an interview with CNN commented on the current state of Iran’s nuclear program.

“We have no evidence of systematic efforts to create nuclear weapons in Iran,” he said.

Answering the question of a possible reduction in Iran’s potential for enrichment of Uranus, Grossi noted that a certain decline is really observed.

“I believe that there was a clear decline – this is quite obvious. However, the possibilities of enriching Uranus are still preserved,” the head of the IAEA emphasized.
