Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev adopted the chief adviser to the US State Department for negotiations in the Caucasus of Philip Riker.
According to Azertaj, the meeting discussed large -scale provocations committed by the Armed Forces of Armenia on September 13 at the Kelbadzharsky, Lachinsky and Zangilan directions of the border.
The Head of State noted that Azerbaijan is taking response to these provocations of Armenia and all responsibility for them lies with the political leadership of Armenia.
During the conversation, the importance of ensuring peace and stability in the region, normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the continuation of the peaceful agenda.
