The temporary management of Russian subsidiaries of Italian Ariston and the German Bosch passed to the Russian holding Gazprom.
The corresponding decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Thus, the assets of the Italian subsidiary of Ariston thermo Rus and the German BSX household appliances have passed under the temporary department of Gazprom Household Systems JSC.
Earlier, in response to the station in the departments introduced by the Western countries, the management of their companies in the Russian Federation was temporarily transferred to local authorities. Western countries imposed sanctions against Russia due to conflict in Ukraine.
