Mariano Grossy: We Are Not Observing Disarmament, But Growth Of Nuclear Weapons

Head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Mariano Grossy said: “In general, we are not observing a disarmament, but an increase in nuclear weapons. That is, the countries develop and increase their nuclear arsenals.”
