In the Formula 1 race, at the 22nd stage of the Las Vegas Grand Prix season, the Dutch Red Bull driver Max Verstappen won. The race, which took place on a 6.2-kilometer track in the city of Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, consisted of 50 laps.
Starting from second position, Verstappen immediately took the lead, showing a time of 1 hour 21 minutes 8.429 seconds. This victory was his sixth this season and the 69th in his career.
British McLaren pilot Lando Norris finished second. Third place went to Mercedes representative George Russell, 23.546 seconds behind.
Thanks to this result, Norris retained the lead in the individual standings: he has 408 points two rounds before the end of the season. Fourth in the race was Australian Oscar Piastri (McLaren), who scored 378 points. Verstappen is third with 366 points.
The next 23rd round of the season, the Qatar Grand Prix, where Norris can claim the championship title ahead of schedule, will take place on Sunday, November 30.
