The deputy chairman of the Council of People’s Commissars of Russia Dmitry Medvedev made a forecast regarding what could happen in 2023, declaring “the possibility of the collapse of the EU and the Civil War in the United States.”
“Before the New Year everyone loves to make forecasts. Many people practice futuristic hypotheses, competing in the sentence of the most unexpected and even absurd. We will make our contribution,” Medvedev wrote in his telegram.

According to him, in the coming year, “the return of Great Britain to the EU is possible, after which the European Union and the abolition of the euro will be disintegrated as a currency of the former EU.”
He added that in the United States, a civil war is “possible with the allocation of California and Texas into separate states,” after which “Elon Musk will become the president in terms of the states assigned to the Republicans.”
Medvedev also portends “the creation of the fourth Reich on the basis of Germany and the satellites who joined it”, which he calls Poland, the Baltic countries, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and the “Kyiv Republic”. Looking even further, the deputy chairman of the Council of Security of Russia predicts the War between France and the Fourth Reich, as well as the section of Europe, “including the new section of Poland”, the Department of Northern Ireland from the Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and joining the Republic of Ireland.
