The event is held as part of a conference on space technology (Space Technology Conference, STC2025).
In the meeting organized by the space agency of Azerbaijan (Azercos), representatives of the Member States of the organization of the Turkic states-Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and the observer of Hungary.

The purpose of the meeting is to support joint projects in the space sphere between the Turkic states, determine the directions of joint actions for the development of bilateral relations, as well as the assistance of regional innovative and scientific and technical partnerships. The main attention in cooperation is paid to the creation of general technologies, investments in human capital and the peaceful development of space.
Feeling cooperation within the framework of the OTG and the unity of the Turkic states in the space sphere reflect not only moral ties, but also strategic interests in the modern era. Such cooperation not only increases the technological independence of the region, but also allows it to play a more active role in the international space agenda.
