During the visit of the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan, Michael Dzhabbarova, a Memorandum of Understanding between the Israeli company Ourcrowd (Israeli Venture Investment Company) and Azerbaijani investment company was signed to the state of Israel (Israeli Venture Investment Company).

The implementation of issues reflected in the Memorandum will contribute to the accelerated development of new technologies so that they serve as citizens and business interests, the rapid adaptation of state structures and business to new challenges.
