Russians who are abroad as part of a short -term trip, can mobilize, the representative of the General Staff of the Russian Federation Vladimir Tsimlyansky, representative of the General Staff of the Russian Federation, told the Russian media.
“If the citizens of the Russian Federation constantly live outside of Russia, they are not registered and are not subject to draft for military service for mobilization,” the representative of the General Staff promised.
According to him, the priority for mobilization will be given to citizens “having suitable military accounting specialties, as well as combat experience.”
