Mammadova noted that the northwest wind in Dashkens, Naftalan, Agdame, Gabala, Sheki, Nefletchal, Termer intensified up to 20 m/s, in Mingiachevir – up to 19 m/s, in Ismail, Hajigubul, Salyana – up to 18 m/s, in Baku and on the Apheron Peninsula – up to 22 m/s, according to the station “Oil Stones”, the height of the waves at the Caspian reached 3.7 m.
In mountainous areas, the minimum air temperature was 12-16 degrees of frost, said Mammadova.
