Mikhail Kasyanov: “If Ukraine loses, then Russia will attack Baltic states”

former Prime Minister of Russia, chairman of the opposition party Parnassus Mikhail Kasyanov gave an interview to the AFP agency. In it, he said that the war of Russia against Ukraine can last two years. However, the politician believes that in the future Russia will return to the path of democracy.

He also said that, like most Russians, he did not believe that Russia would untie a full -scale war with a neighboring state.

According to him, he began to understand that war could begin when he saw the broadcast of the meeting of the Security Council three days before the start of the Russian military invasion.

“I know these people, and when I saw them, I realized that Putin was not like myself. Not in a medical sense, but in a political one,” said Mikhail Kasyanov.

He again confirmed that he had left Russia in connection with the war, but did not call the country in which he was, for security reasons.

Mikhail Kasyanov also emphasized that if Ukraine loses in the war with Russia, then the next Baltic countries will be the next to whom he will attack.
