On an official visit to Turkey, First Deputy Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan – Head of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Kerim Veliyev met with the Minister of National Defense of Turkey Hulusi Akar, reported the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
According to information, the meetings discussed issues of development of cooperation in military, military-technical, military-educational, engineering and other areas. Successful cooperation between the armies of the two countries was also noted.
