Ten officers of the Armenian army are accused of non-fulfillment of their military duties during the 44-day war in 2020, it will talk in the message of the Investigative Committee of Armenia.
Based on the materials of the case, in the conditions of martial law on October 18, 2020, the crew of the 2nd rifle battalion of the military unit left for participation in the hostilities, but a number of military personnel of the battalion, including the commander and nine officers, refused to fulfill some duties of military service and returned to a permanent place of deployment of the unit.
