In connection with the death of military personnel in a traffic accident in the Lachinsky district, a criminal case was initiated. As the senior assistant to the military prosecutor of the Republic, the head of the press service of the military prosecutor’s office, the adviser of Justice Firad Aliyev, as a result of June 16, 2021, an accident with the participation of a cargo vehicle “MAZ” on the territory of the Lachinsky district killed military personnel of the State Border Service Senior Lieutenant Nasibov Elmaddin Suleiman Oglu and the ensign Kiamalla Kyamal Vilayat oglu.
Based on the information received, the staff of the Fizulin military prosecutor’s office conducted an inspection of the scene, witnesses were interrogated, appropriate examinations were appointed, other necessary investigative actions were made.
In the Fizulin military prosecutor’s office, a criminal case was initiated under Article 351.3 (violation of the rules of driving or operation of a combat, special or transport car, which caused the death of two or more persons by negligence) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
