According to the results of the next monitoring conducted by the specialists of the National Hydrometeorology Service, in the air over Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, dusty blades are observed, but unlike previous days, it is local in nature, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan reported.
According to the report, the reason has become a strong northwest wind, the speed of which reaches 15-20 meters per second, with gusts up to 23-27 meters per second. As a result, dust particles are raised from the surface of the Earth to the upper layers of the atmosphere.
According to data from automatic monitoring stations, the dust content in the air exceeds the rate 1.6 times.
