According to the minister, the general platform is currently being formed, synergy startup companies, private sector, various educational institutions and research institutes. In order for the startups to implement their products, they should be able to conduct scientific research. That is why it is so important that representatives of startup companies have a clear idea of research in our scientific institutions. In turn, commercial enterprises and firms should also have an information database of innovation that may interest them.
According to Nabiyev, the holding of the International Startup-Summit of the Take Off within the framework of the Festival will serve this purpose.
