“As a result of operational-search measures, reasonable suspicions were established that the head of the Shamkir regional culture department of Rajabs Azer as part of a group of persons by preliminary conspiracy with the acting head of the department of the department of Aliyev Alekper and consultant Safarov Seymour, in exchange for general patronage in the service in connection with the performance of official duties, i.e., the appointment of persons in positions, their stay in their posts and continuing their activities, non -interference in their activities, as well as non -exception of clubs, starting from December 2021, individuals received a bribe as a bribe The amount of 102 thousand manat.
