Information of the Armenian media about the losses of the Azerbaijani army in 2022 is not true, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan said.
“In this information, the figures fictitious and not reflecting reality appear, in this way the goal is to mislead the public,” the military department noted.
The Ministry of Defense emphasized that official data on the losses of the Azerbaijani army are regularly published in the press.
“Armenian media are trying to present as military losses even information about citizens who, for various reasons, have died after dismissal of the reserve. We call on our citizens, media representatives, as well as users of social networks not to replicate such false information,” the report said in the message .
