Earlier on Monday, the Armenian media distributed information about allegedly shelling from Azerbaijan on the border with Nakhchivan Armenian positions, the result of which two Armenian military received early, one of them later died.
The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan made a statement in connection with this. The sentence says that the information on the death of one and the injury of another military personnel of the Armenian forces as a result of allegedly shelling from the divisions of the Azerbaijani army is false and does not correspond to reality.
The aim of the Armenian side in the spread of such misinformation is to conceal the undisciplining in its army and its consequences. The divisions of the Azerbaijani army continue their work to ensure stability in the region and the prevention of possible provocations, is noted in the statement of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
