“Five Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles over the Belgorod region were destroyed by the air defense systems,” the department said.
The department noted that an airplane type UAV was used to attack.
Earlier, the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov said that the air defense forces shot down six drones over Belgorod and the Belgorod region.

The head of Odessa Ova Oleg Kiper said that the air alarm in the region lasted three and a half hours. Three drones of the enemy were shot down over the region, there is a hit, he said.
