“Implementation of the attacks and suppressed attempts to penetrate the territory of the Russian Federation of sabotage and reconnaissance groups of Ukrainian militants by the village of Popovka, the Sumy region, as well as in the direction of the settlements of Spadarushino and Kozinka of the Belgorod Region,” follows from the press service of the department in the department in Telegram channel.
The department also reported an attempt to attack objects in the Russian Federation. “From 11.30 to 11.45 Moscow time, another attempt by the Kyiv regime has been suppressed to make a terrorist attack on objects in the Russian Federation with the use of RM-70 Vampire, Olha and Grad reactive systems,” the press service of the defense department notes.
Air Defense Directorate on the Belgorod Region on duty, eight Vampire RSOs, two reactive shells of the Olha RSO and one reactive shell of the Grad RSOs were destroyed in the air, follows the message.
