Russian air defense (air defense) destroyed ten jet shells in the air above the Belgorod region. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on Sunday, March 31.
The attack using the RM -70 RM -70 reactive system took place about 07.00 Moscow time, the department noted.
Meanwhile, the Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov said that 10 air targets were shot down on the approach to the city.
“According to preliminary information, one person was injured – this is a woman in whose house a fire broke out. She has a burn of the second degree, an ambulance was provided with the necessary assistance on the spot. Hospitalization was not required,” he wrote in his Telegram- channel.
In addition, the governor said that the village of Bogun-Gorodok of the Borisov district was attacked with the help of UAVs. “As a result of the discharge of 3 explosive devices, there are no victims, the roof of private residential home ownership and one passenger car are damaged. Operational services work on the spot,” he said.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that three Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed by the air defense systems over the territory of the Yaroslavl region.
