Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation reported destruction of 6 UAVs over four regions

The air defense forces for the night shot down six unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in four regions of the country, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.

“During the last night, the next attempts of the Kyiv regime have been stopped to make a terrorist attack with the use of an aircraft type UAV according to objects in the Russian Federation,” the department said.

Six unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted by the air defense systems, it follows from the message.

The Russian Ministry of Defense said that three drones were shot down over the territory of the Voronezh region, another drone was shot down over the territories of the Ryazan, Belgorod and Kursk regions.

Meanwhile, the Governor of the Voronezh region, Alexander Gusev, said that, according to the specified data, three unmanned aerial vehicles were found and shot down at night, including one in the suburbs of Voronezh. There are no victims.

“As a result of the fall of the wreckage of one UAV, the damage received three private households: windows, facades, fences, doors are sung in them. We will definitely provide all the necessary assistance in restoring property,”- follows from the message.

The Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov in the morning, on Wednesday, May 1 wrote in a telegram channel that the village of Voznesenovka of the Shebekinsky city district was subjected to ataxes with the help of drones – kamikaze.

As a result of a direct hit of the drone, the roof of the outbuilding is damaged in the courtyard of private residential home ownership. “Another drone-kamikadze flew into a commercial object of trade. In both cases, it was without the victims,”- follows from the message.
