The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported 26 BPL intercepted and destroyed overnight. “For the period from 23.00 Moscow time on May 4 to 02.30 Moscow time, on May 5, the air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 26 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of aircraft type,” follows from the publication in the telegram channel of the department.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation specified that 17 UAVs were intercepted over the territory of the Bryansk region, five UAVs over the territory of the Kaluga region, four UAVs over the territory of the Moscow region.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported in the telegram channel that the Ministry of Defense of the Ministry of Defense in the city district of Podolsk reflects the attack of four drones flying to Moscow.

The attacks of drones on the Russian regions began in 2022 against the backdrop of the “Special Military Operation” in Ukraine.
