The Ukrainian leader also said that Kyiv cannot guarantee the safety of world leaders in Moscow at the Victory Parade on May 9.
The Kremlin representative Dmitry Peskov said that Russia will give an “adequate answer” in case of strikes on Russian positions during the May truce.
