The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan announces the shelling of the positions of the Azerbaijani army by the Armed Forces of Armenia on the border.
According to the military department, from 22:35 on October 19 to 00:25 on October 20, units of the Armed Forces of Armenia from the perspectives located in the direction of the settlements of Guneshi, Yukhara Shorja and Yukhara Zagaly of the Basarkechara District, periodically fired from weapons of various caliber positions of Azerbaijani Army located in the direction of the settlements of Astaf Dashkensky district and Mollabayramly of the Kelbadzharsky district.
The Ministry of Defense noted that the units of the Azerbaijani army located in these directions took adequate response measures.
