On Saturday, August 6, rescuers examined the ice ravines on Mount Babadag in the Ismailinsky district, in which, according to Niyyat, AGI and Emil Khudaverdiev, Mubariz Mammadov presumably died.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the department’s body was not found. It is noted that at present, search and rescue work continues in adverse weather conditions, in ice ravines and inaccessible places using dogs, special climbing equipment and instruments, as well as using trained search and rescue brigades of the rescue service of the special risk of the Ministry of Emergencies and the northwestern regional center.
Employees of the Ministry of the Interior were also involved in the search.
Recall that earlier on Saturday, August 6, 25 kilometers north of the village of Lagich of the Ismailinsky district in a difficult situation were 3 people who were heading to Mount Babadag. It became known that the day before, 54-year-old Mubaris Mamedov, moving last night along the mountain roads, slipped, fell into the gorge and died. His acquaintances are 20-year-old Niyyut Khudaverdiev, 16-year-old Yeah Khudaverdiev and 14-year-old Emil Khudaverdiev went down to the gorge to get his body, but stuck there. Later they were all saved.
