The report of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan states that, according to the National Hydrometeorological Service, on April 4, a strong wind is expected in Azerbaijan on the territory of Azerbaijan, in particular in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula. The Ministry of Emergency Situations calls on the population to comply with the relevant security rules in connection with the expected windy weather.
To protect against a strong wind, caution is recommended, staying away from light structures and temporary structures, buildings and billboards, not stand under electric pillars and wires, high trees. It is also necessary to strictly follow the rules of fire safety, since the strong wind complicates the aging process, the Ministry of Emergency Situations is noted.
