Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation: Moscow does everything to establish peaceful life in Caucasus

Special attention is now concentrated on the restoration of trade and economic and transport links in the South Caucasus. This was reported by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Maria Zakharov at a briefing, answering the question about the next November 26 in Sochi a tripartite meeting with the participation of leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.

M. Zakharova noted that commenting at the highest level – the powers of the Presidential Administration of Russia.

“We do everything in order to take steps to strengthen stability, establishing peaceful life in the region. Special attention is now focused on the restoration and development of trade and economic and transport links,” the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

Zakharova also reported that the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov would take part in the 28th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the OSCE countries, which will be held on December 2-3 in Stockholm. During the meeting, among other issues, the situation in Karabakh will be discussed.
