The Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted an investigation in connection with the personnel distributed in social networks, which captured the confrontation between the citizen and the police. As stated in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan, the claims that physical pressure was rendered against a citizen are unreasonable.
On the territory of the Narimanovsky district, employees of the State Traffic Police Management Baku demanded from the driver of the car VAZ-21011 to stop the vehicle due to the illegal transportation of non-ferrous metal. The driver was trying to avoid the legitimate police demands. At the same time, he told his young son to scream loudly to attract the attention of citizens.
The employees of the rapid response of the police attracted to the scene of the accident delivered the driver in the 17th police station of Narimanovsky RUE.
Due to the fact that the marked actions of the detainee contain elements of intentional disobedience to the legal requirement of the police officer, according to Article 535 of the Code of Administrative Offers, collected in relation to the driver, the materials are aimed at consideration in Narimanovsky District Court.
