Azerbaijan’s Interior Ministry was fined the State Committee on working with religious organizations, reports QafqazInfo.
According to information, the driver of the car belonging to the Committee violated the rules of the road and made an administrative offense that was recorded by urban video surveillance.
In this regard, Sabail RUE sent an official request to the State Committee, but no answer was not followed.
The police amounted to a protocol regarding the specified structure under Article 347 of the Code of Administrative Offers on the use of penalties.
In addition, an appeal to the Sabail District Court was submitted. The case will be reviewed on April 8.
