The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation forbade the citizen of Kazakhstan Qual Akhmetov for the incitement of an interethnic retail in videos to Russia for inciting an interethnic retail in videos, reports RIA Novosti with reference to the deputy department.
A resident of Kazakhstan Kuat Akhmetov published on his channel in Youtube a series of video recordings on which conflicts arising from the fact that his and other people, employees of shops and catering facilities could not serve in the state language.
In the descriptions of the video in relation to the individuals captured on them, the author uses the terms “Fascists”, “Gastarbaiter” and others. The first deputy head of the Presidential Administration of Kazakhstan Dauren Abaev condemned the activities of the authors of the Canal, expressed confidence that law enforcement agencies would give her a fair legal appreciation.
