The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs advised citizens to pay attention to the atypical behavior of people on the streets and from their environment.
The minister also stressed that it should be followed by unfamiliar people who have weapons, but are not fighters of the VSU or a terrible. Also mentioned the sudden return of some neighbors from abroad.
